Packaging
Your cinnamon is freshly packed by hand in food-grade resealable bags inside a sturdy shipping box. We ensure the natural aroma and quality are preserved from our village to your door.
Customs & Import Duties
Cinnamon is classified as a food spice (HS Code: 0906) and has a 0% import duty in the United States and most countries. As of November 2025, Vietnamese spices are also exempt from US reciprocal tariffs. In most cases, you will not pay any additional fees when your package arrives.
Tracking Your Package
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track at ems.post or your local postal service website. You can also track on our Track Order page.

- Lost Packages β If your package hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, we’ll investigate and send a free replacement or full refund.
