We are a small family farm — not a corporation. We do not have international certifications (yet), but what we do have is generations of experience and a personal commitment to quality that no certificate can replace.
What We Guarantee
- 100% Pure Cinnamon — No blending, no fillers, no additives. What you receive is exactly what we harvest.
- Single Origin — All our cinnamon comes from one place: our family farm in Phu Son Village, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam.
- Freshly Harvested — We ship within weeks of harvest, not months. You can smell the difference.
- Traditional Methods — Hand-harvested, sun-dried, no chemicals at any stage.
Product Specifications
- Essential Oil Content: 3–5% (natural, not artificially enhanced)
- Moisture: ≤14% after sun drying
- Shelf Life: 2–3 years when stored properly
- Packaging: Vacuum-sealed food-grade bags
Transparency
We believe in honesty:
- We are a small family operation, not a factory or trading company
- We do not yet have organic or food safety certifications — this is our goal as we grow
- We do not use pesticides or chemicals — but we cannot yet prove it with a certificate
- We ship as “dried spices” via postal service — small packages under 2kg

Storage Tips
- Store in an airtight container
- Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Whole sticks last longer than powder (2–3 years vs 1–2 years)
- Your nose knows: good cinnamon should smell sweet and warm when you open it
